Methaq Arab Group (MAG) has announced that it has obtained preliminary approval from the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) for its project, La Reva Signature Residence, located in Egypt’s New Capital.

The company said the approval follows the completion of key engineering and technical works and is expected to support the next phase of construction and implementation of the development.

Sheikh Abdullah Al-Amoudi, Chairperson of MAG, said the project forms part of the company’s broader residential development activities in Egypt’s New Capital.

He noted that securing preliminary approval from ACUD reflects compliance with the required planning and regulatory procedures for the project.

He added that several design and technical studies, including architectural plans and soil investigations, have been completed, with the project now progressing to subsequent implementation stages.

Al-Amoudi explained that the project is located in the R8 district of the New Capital and forms part of MAG’s regional development strategy, which draws on its experience in Gulf markets.

He also stated that the required documentation for the ministerial decree has been completed and submitted alongside the preliminary ACUD approval.

La Reva Signature Residence is positioned as a residential development within the New Capital, incorporating a mix of housing units and services within a planned community framework.

Al-Amoudi highlighted that the company’s focus remains on advancing construction activities in line with approved timelines and regulatory requirements, with further updates expected as work progresses.
