El Mahfouz Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, MoQattam Business Complex, a mixed-use commercial and administrative development in Mokattam, east Cairo.
Located on Street 9, one of Mokattam’s most vibrant commercial corridors, the project sits directly opposite Misr Insurance Square. It reflects the company’s strategy of developing integrated investment projects that combine commercial and administrative functions within a unified environment.
Sobhy Mahmoud, Chairperson of El Mahfouz Developments, said the launch aligns with the company’s vision to expand its portfolio with value-driven real estate products offering strategic locations, smart design, and sustainable returns. He noted that the company leverages more than 20 years of experience in Mokattam, enabling a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Mahmoud emphasized that the company views real estate development as a comprehensive investment system—beginning with careful site selection and feasibility studies, and extending to the delivery of projects that generate long-term value for investors. He described MoQattam Business Complex as a transformative project, positioning it as the first fully integrated business hub in Mokattam to combine commercial and administrative spaces in a single investment model.
CEO Mohamed Sobhy added that construction has already begun, with delivery scheduled within two years. The project will feature commercial units with dual-front facades, premium entrances, and fully serviced reception areas.
It will also introduce the first rooftop clubhouse on Street 9, alongside a main hypermarket spanning 1,100 sqm. Units will start from 65 sqm, offering flexible investment options for businesses and entrepreneurs.
