The 10 largest real estate companies in Egypt achieved total EGP 168bn sales during the first half of 2023, with a growth rate of 88%, compared to the same period last year, according to a report from Z-Board Consulting.
Talaat Moustafa Group topped the list of real estate companies in terms of sales during the first six months of the year, with sales amounting to EGP 51bn, a growth rate of 351%.
Ora Developers came in second place, with sales of EGP 25bn, a growth rate of 213%, followed by Palm Hills Developments, with sales of EGP 17bn, a growth of 59%.
Founders Company ranked fourth with EGP 13.4bn sales, a growth rate of 117%, then City Edge Real Estate Development Company, with sales of EGP 13.3bn, a growth rate of 33%.
Tatweer Misr came in sixth place with sales of EGP 12bn, a growth rate of 200%, and in seventh place was Mountain View Development and Real Estate Investment Company, with sales of EGP 9.6b, a decrease of 11%.
Landmark Sabbour Development came in eighth place with sales of EGP 9.3bn, a growth rate of 111%, and in the ninth place the Sixth of October Development and Investment Company – SODIC, with sales of EGP 9.2bn, a growth of 38%, and in the tenth place New Giza Company with sales of EGP 9bn, a growth rate 15%.
