Mercury Communications has announced the launch of the second edition of the Cybersecurity and Information Security Exhibition and Conference (CAISEC ’23), which will be held on 12 and 13 June 2023.
More than 100 speakers, including a group of senior government officials, leaders, and CEOs of the most important cybersecurity companies in the region and the world, will participate in the conference, the company announced at a press conference on Monday, in the presence of Osama Kamal, CEO of the organizing company.
In its second edition, the conference is supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, the Ministry of Health and Population, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Military Production, the Financial Regulatory Authority, the National Institute for Planning, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, and other important institutions.
The CAISEC ’23 conference will be attended by representatives from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, the Ministry of Defense, the Suez Canal Authority, and more than 2,000 experts in the field of cybersecurity from the Middle East region.
The conference will be held over two days and will witness more than 80 sessions during which the latest trends and issues related to cybersecurity will be presented and discussed. Several other diverse activities will be organized such as interactive workshops to facilitate the exchange of experiences and opinions between participants, speakers and experts.
The conference also focuses on providing the appropriate environment for the participating institutions to reach the most appropriate insurance advice and strategies for the sectors in which they operate, from retail trade to banking, technology, cloud computing, data and communication centers, education, health care, network security, operations, industry, smart cities, electronic applications, critical infrastructure, and workers in the fields of data integrity, privacy and more.
