Militant killed and five arrested in North Sinai security campaign

Five houses and 24 huts destroyed

 A militant was killed and five were arrested during the security campaign in Al-Arish and Sheikh Zuweid in North Sinai, while on Wednesday, a number of domiciles belonging to militants were destroyed.

Security sources announced that the campaign targeted Southern Arish, Sheikh Zuweid and Rafah cities. A militant known as Abu Odai was reported killed while five other suspects were arrested and are being interrogated.

Five houses and 24 huts belonging to militants were also destroyed, as well as a truck and an unlicenced motorbike which were used by militants to attack police and army forces.
